caramel apple funny face witch

silly huh?

caramel apples are so good but hardly anyone i know eats the whole thing at a halloween party.
it's cuz there are so many other treats that the apple fills you up, and just a bite or 2 suffices.

so how do you fix that?
use a 1/2 an apple and let the kids decorate them!
i'm thinking it would be a fun party activity.

so get these:
see those caramel apple wraps?
they. are. awesome.

i call them cheater wraps cuz it's waaaaay easier to make a caramel apple than melting and dipping apples and making a mess.

i got them at publix, our grocery store, and am hoping you have them at your grocery store too.

here are the self-explanatory (hopefully)steps.
when the apple is cut in half, it's not always gonna be straight once the core is cut. it'll make for a more interesting face though, as you see on this witch. but if you want smooth faces, use the round side instead.

so i know i totally confused you on steps 7-9. it's just to show you the different ways to decorate, and that there are no rules.

cuz if kids are doing this at a party, and they are all hyper from all the sweets, rules are gonna fly out the window! heehee

for this silly witch,i made this hat again.

ok let's check her out.
uh...no...
maybe you better go to another stylist...
anybody know a good hiding place?
