iced flower butter cookies

dear cookies,
there are just too many of you.

the recipes to make you
are overflowing in my pinterest board,
recipe box and email inbox.

not to mention i have an overload of cookie recipe books to fill a football field.

i also have flour, sugar, icing, frosting,
confectioner's sugar, vanilla, eggs and
every chip you can imagine to make you.

but i am too lazy.

so i am going to go to the store now...

*  *  *  *  *  *  *  *  *  *

and i picked these up so i can make
cookies for mother's day.

i'm gonna grab some cookie icing.
and sprinkles.
then grab a fork and dig in!
ok just kidding.
but i'm not kidding about MORE sprinkles!

and more sprinkles!
and more and more and more sprinkles!

ya see cookies,
i told you there were too many of you...

  1. Fantastic way to flatter a flat cookie! Finally, a flavorful flounce to add finery to a fraudulent conFECTION! Takes no frivolous fuss, just fundamental fulfillment!! Frankly, BBFF, you are fabulous and not the least fainthearted in your fairness to the fallacious, fallible, and fiendish cookie. Your friend forever, Fona....er....Dona
