bark! bark!
woof! woof!
lol
sorry guys.
i'm just being silly.
but i am gonna talk to you today about bark.
again,
seeing that my last post was about bark.
maybe i am turning into a dog?!
anyway, it's only cuz it's soooo easy to make
and i now have a jillion bark ideas swarming
in my head.
so considering summertime's almost here,
woohoo!
i better do a summer time treat.
check it out.
i think you're gonna like it.
i like it :)
grab this:
along with almond bark, blue candy food coloring,
peanut butter bark,
pink sugar pearls, white sprinkles,
a toothpick, and food markers.
ok first up.
i forgot to mention when you spread the blue bark out,
make it in the shape of a large circle.
if the bark dries before you added all the stuff,
just use some almond bark as candy glue.
when you write with the toothpick,
poke the "sand" numerously to form a letter.
kinda like poke poke poke poke poke poke
instead of w r i t i n g.
just leave the extra peanut butter flakes
around to resemble real sand.
hey i just thought this woulda made a good video tute.
oh well,
it's summer and i am too busy relaxing.
lol
so once the bark is completely dry,
cut in pieces.
and like it says,
eat that extra little piece in the middle.
then spread the joy around.
and bark it out to the world,
"HAPPY SUMMER!!!!!"
(insert cheesey smile)
:>P
i bagged each piece and plan to give them out to my sweetie school pals i work with.
hopefully this is what they will have for summer.
beach, umbrellas, sand and sun.
oh and sweets.
so,
hopefully you make these
to get all the summer fun too :)
I absolutely love your summer bark, what fun, each piece is a tropical vacation!
ReplyDeletehey that's another name i coulda called this-tropical vacation bark! oh you are so clever Kim :>D
