mini turkey-shaped cherry pies

ok guys.
i FINALLY got all my halloween stuff put away.
now it's turkey time!

so what can we make today?
how about something sweet?
and mini since we already gained too much poundage from
trick or treat nite?
how about something easy?
how about i stop asking questions? hehe

anyway, here ya go:
it's a hand held pie.
literally.

and all you need is:
pie crust (love trader joe's!),
cherry pie filling (or whatever kind you like),
melted butter and sugar to your liking to spread over pies before baking.

and here's all you do:
seal the body edges with a fork then:
and there you have it!
easy peasy lemon squeezy.
or turkey lurkey.
?!?!?!

do 3 mini cherry pies equal one slice?
why of course they do!
#allthepies!

  1. It was hard to leave Halloween behind and move on, wasn't it? My decorations are not yet put away, but I already have turkeys on my mind. These hand pie turkeys are so much fun.
