lovebird valentine fudge

love is in the air.
original picture source

it must be close to valentine's day.
i mean even these birds are getting all mushy.

"eeeeewwww!" as my son would say.
lol

but happy to say he didn't say "eeeeewwww" to these:

i started off with a few drops of food color for a pale pink then kept adding more to get the different shades.

see?

 aren't they cute?
and they are quite affectionate.
uh oh.
looks like these birds need some privacy.

eeeeewwww!

  1. Whoa. I AM starting to think like you! As you were filling the molds, I thought, 'wow, half a mustache looks like a bird'. Imagine my surprise when that's what you thought too! However, I didn't picture the kissing birds.....ah, my BBFF, you are still the champion in imagination. No one can top you! I have Scrabble at my house in February. These will be on the menu! Dona
