cake pop jewelry

mom's day is coming.
i have to get something for my M-I-L.

which basically means wandering around the mall aimlessly for hours upon hours only ending up getting the same thing.

a knick knack or whatever for her house.

i think i've gotten her so many of these that she has a room just for them.
hidden away in the "bring-to-good-will" pile.

no really, she is a sweetheart and i am just kidding around and am very lucky to have her, but dang, it's really really really hard to get her something different!

she does however, love her sweets.
so i made these on a trial basis:
it's no line from tiffany's that's for sure but it is different.

i made them this way:

and uh....
a mother's day gift?

i can stick it in a real jewelry box placed on top of a cut up ziploc bag...?
oooo! ahhhh! ohhhh!
sparkly!

i dunno...
maybe it's better for a little girl's birthday party.

sigh
looks like more hours at the mall...
