a love letter to pavlova

oh pavlova! pavlova!
how i love thee pavlova!
let me count thou ways.

i love thee for thy simple ingredients my soul can reach.
i love thee for thy fluffiness.
i love thee for respecting thy personal space.
i love thee for being able to 
i love thee that under extreme conditions,
i love thee no matter thy size.
i love thee that
i love thee that
oh yes, i love thee in so many ways.
i would take an entire day just to 
heehee.

  1. I have never made this particular dessert, but you sure have me intrigued now! I have tried to make meringue cookies and failed, so I'm a little nervous about it, though.

    1. oh my goodness Michelle you gotta make this! no i am totally serious-it's toally YUMMO and different and you are talking to someone who eats desserts constantly. don't be nervous-just beat the eggs til stiff for about 3 or so minutes and then fold in the other stuff-you can do it i know cuz you are totally talented-it's clearly seen on your printables :)

    1. yes this dessert is really really good! it's not too rich or sweet and light enough after a big meal. i made it for my sister's birthday cake :) i really really like it. but you know what i like even more? that you are my newest GFC!
