3-in-1 dolly bars

well, i have a teen daughter.
and she is beautiful.

problem is, there are many boys who think the same.
lay off my kid buster! hehe

i do wonder though, what guy she will end up marrying and pray she find a good mate, like so many of us wish for our own child.

i mean there are so many choices she can pick.
all with their own flavor and style and personality.
and i have a feeling there will be proposals.

and more proposals.
and by the time she agrees on one, i hope they are a match made in heaven.
luckily for her there is no pre-arranged marriage.
cuz i have a pretty good feeling that would not work.
i only hope and pray again she choose wisely.
cuz when that time comes for a wedding,
we'll have a grand one.
and everything will hopefully flow smoothly.
and they'll have a wonderful honeymoon at some exotic paradise.
followed by years and years of bliss.
and trials that will only make them stronger.
and i'll have lovely grandchildren to enjoy!
so i can make these dolly bars for them.
3 different kinds in one pan, in case they are picky eaters like my daughter was when she was little.
but what if we all want to go somewhere together without the kids/grandkids?

i know! i'll let you watch over them.
i'm sure they'll be in good hands.
1/2 cup butter
14 oz box of graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup toffee bits
1 cup caramel bits
1 can (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk

Melt the butter; mix in graham cracker crumbs. Pat crumb mixture in a 9-x13-inch cookie pan. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the crumbs in 3 different ways, depending on your individual taste. Chocolate & peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips & coconut and toffee & caramel bits are used in the pic above. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over all. Do NOT stir. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.

and serve to your picky eaters like mine, where one doesn't like coconut, one doesn't like chocolate (can you believe it?!) and the other doesn't like butterscotch.

as for me, i like them all so i can eat the whole pan cuz you know, it's not good to waste food...

    1. you know Randi, when you want a treat but it makes a 13x9 inch pan and after you eat about 1/2 of it, it's not so good anymore? well, that's where this idea came in. so now we can eat the whole pan and feel like we got 3 different treats! well, actually we did! yippee!
